La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kerrville

I'm always partial to Wyndham properties. The indoor pool and hot tub was a plus. We were out and about so the hot tub really takes the edge off of sore backs and feet. Room was nice. Location was a plus for us doing our rounds on the State Park tours.

For a relatively small town La Quinta, I had a roomy, clean king suite WITH a huge smart TV. Minor complaints aren't important when I have the homey advantage of watching my prime video. Many much more expensive hotels around the country are lower tech.

We stayed here because we have a dog and their pet fee is very reasonable. The front desk clerk was very friendly and quick with getting us checked in. The room was good and it was clean with a comfortable bed. Elevator worked first time we went up to the third floor but when my husband went to take the luggage carrier back downstairs and get a forgotten item, the elevator didn’t work. He was told they sometimes have problems with it. It did work the rest of the time we were there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really great stay here. The manager stood out right away. She checked us in when we arrived, and the next day, we saw her working the front desk and helping with breakfast too. You can tell she works very hard and stays positive because she still had a smile on her face. Housekeeping was amazing. Our room was very clean, and everything felt well taken care of. We’ve stayed here before and could tell the property is being updated. We loved the new colors and improvements since our last visit. The rooms were great. From our experience staying at hotels, it’s not very common to see a manager so hands-on and working right alongside the staff. She really deserves recognition. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very good for the value. It's not the cleanest but not bad at all. Comfortable, and my kids had fun at the pool. The breakfast is ok. The basic egg and sausage, waffles, bread, cereal, and yogurt. The coffee is good. My husband asked for a little upgrade. And we love the room you have to ask for room 301. If you guys are traveling with more than 2 people. Is a private room from the living room. My kids sleep on the sofa bed, and my husband and I sleep very comfortable in the room by ourselves. I will add some pictures.

The refurbished La Quinta inn by Wyndham was wonderful along with a continental breakfast to start your day. The rooms were big. All new bedding clean bathroom equipped for ADA needs. The staff was personable and very attentive to your needs.

Business trip and stayed for 4 nights. Had to move to another room because the initial room had mold. Room had a foul odor you can literally see the mold on the ceiling. Aleta, thank you for being so kind and friendly. Thanks for assisting me with the room change. Second room was much better. Overall, it was an okay stay. It’s an old building, so I understand.

Fresh coffee even in evenings. Clean rooms. Indoor pool Very nice. Was not afraid for my parents to stay there
